THE PROBLEM
You’re here because something shattered. And you’re still standing.
Betrayal changes everything. The person you trusted most broke that trust, and now you’re both trying to figure out what comes next.
- You feel completely alone, even when you’re in the same room
- The grief and confusion don’t stop, and neither does the conflict
- Maybe you’ve tried couples counseling, but it didn’t address what actually happened
- You’re scared that healing might not be possible for you
You’re not failing at healing.
You just haven’t had the right support yet.
what's possible
What affair recovery actually looks like.
Whether the betrayal involved an affair, pornography, or other secret sexual behavior, the path to healing follows the same process.
Healing from sexual betrayal is not a straight line, and it is not quick. But couples who are both willing to show up can rebuild trust.
- Trust is rebuilt through consistency, honesty, transparency, and follow-through over time
- The triggers begin to lessen in frequency and intensity
- The hard conversations get less hard
- The betrayal is no longer the first thing you think about when you wake up or the last thing before you fall asleep
Achieving that level of healing is not a fantasy.
That’s what happens when both partners commit to the process.
This is what Helping Couples Heal is built for.
Every program is built around betrayal trauma recovery, grounded in attachment science, and designed to support both partners without shaming either one.
The betrayed partner’s pain is honored
The betraying partner’s willingness to take responsibility is supported
Structured, expert guidance to move the relationship forward

Helping Couples Heal Workshop
A couples workshop built for healing after betrayal, and the place we recommend most couples start.
The Workshop gives both partners a shared framework for understanding what happened, what’s happening now, and what needs to happen next. Whether you’re early in the process or further along, the Workshop meets you where you are.
- Comprehensive education on the impact of betrayal on partners and relationships
- A clear path forward and practical tools you can use immediately
- The experience of being with other couples who understand exactly what this feels like

“This is by far the most impactful and supportive experience I have had on this healing journey. The content and the way in which it was shared allowed us to connect with each other in a very meaningful way, and I believe we both finally feel healing is possible. I am so grateful to HCH for this experience.”
–Past Workshop Participant, Betrayed Partner
“Here’s what I learned: your story may be different, but the betrayal trauma is the same. There’s profound comfort in community. Marnie and Jackie created an environment where my fears proved unfounded—not because they minimized my concerns, but because they held the space so skillfully that I could finally let my guard down.”
